Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: August 2026
1. Prohibited Uses
Domains, email addresses, and any service registered through ChristoCloud must not be used for:
- Distributing malware, viruses, or other malicious software
- Phishing, identity theft, or impersonating another person or business
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or engaging in email abuse
- Hosting or linking to illegal content under Kenyan or applicable international law
- Infringing on the intellectual property, trademark, or copyright of others
- Any activity that disrupts or attempts to compromise the systems of ChristoCloud, our registry/registrar partners (Truehost), or our payment providers (PayPal, Safaricom M-Pesa)
2. Enforcement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any service, without refund, where we reasonably believe it is being used in violation of this policy. Where possible, we will attempt to contact you first and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue, except where immediate action is necessary to protect our systems or other users (e.g. active malware distribution or an ongoing attack).
3. Reporting Abuse
If you believe a domain, email, or service registered through ChristoCloud is being used in violation of this policy, please contact support with details of the domain/service and the nature of the abuse, and we will investigate.
