Service Level Agreement & General Terms
1. Service Provision
ChristoCloud provides web hosting and domain registration services. We work to keep our infrastructure available at all times and aim for high uptime. Scheduled maintenance is communicated to our clients at least 24 hours in advance. Uptime figures are targets, not guarantees.
2. Acceptable Use
Our services must not be used for unauthorised activities, including but not limited to the distribution of malicious software, spamming, or hosting content that violates intellectual property rights within the UK and international jurisdictions.
3. Billing & Termination
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Failure to process payment within the grace period may result in service suspension. Accounts may be cancelled at any time via the customer control panel.
